Monday 
8:30 - 10:00 a.m.  Kripalu Yoga with Hansa
The morning class is a gentle vinyasa (flowing) integration of asana (postures), pranayama (breathing practices), relaxation and a short meditation.

Postnatal Yoga with Kristen on Mondays 10:30 - 11:30 a.m. 
These are held as a 4-week series with the intention of creating the village that we all need when raising children. The Classes are baby-friendly, though are focused on your recovery of core strength, stability, and safe abdominal toning. Ideal for you from 6 weeks postpartum until your baby is moving. We form community through a weekly discussion topic. We engage with babies, while also allowing space for your restoration through meditation, breath observation, and addressing the common pains of postpartum recovery.

4:30 - 5:40 p.m.  Yoga for All with Hansa
Whether you are recovering from a physical injury or lack the ability to practice a normal exercise program - Yoga has a place for you. This class will adapt classical yoga poses to people who have physical challenges.

Prenatal Yoga with Kristen on Mondays 6:00 - 7:15 p.m. 
These are held as 4-week series with the intention of creating a supportive community. Focus of the Prenatal classes involves a weekly topic for discussion, meditation and breath observation for birth preparation, stabilizing and strengthening your pregnant body, addressing the common pains of pregnancy, and safe abdominal toning.

12:00 - 1:00 p.m.  Gentle Yoga with Hansa 
The noontime class is a gentle vinyasa (flowing) integration of asana (postures), pranayama (breathing practices), relaxation and a short meditation.

Thursday
8:30 - 10:00 a.m.  Kripalu Yoga with Hansa
The morning class is a gentle vinyasa (flowing) integration of asana (postures), pranayama (breathing practices), relaxation and a short meditation.

5:30 - 6:45 p.m.  Boomer Generation Yoga with Brandie  
Feeling stressed and scattered? Experiencing stiff or achy joínts and muscles that don‘t stretch the way they used to? Are you typically exhausted at the end of the day? Use the benefits of a regular yoga practice to give you more energy, increase your strength and flexibility and help your body regulate itself. The class consists of breathing exercises and stretching, a series of traditional poses, and a final period of deep relaxation. Integrating body movement with breath, the class is paced to allow each person to find his/her own level of comfort. Bring your yoga mat and an open mind.

Saturday 
9:00 - 10:30 a.m.  Weekend Refresher with Brandie
 Sharing a morning of loving kindness through gentle yoga flows. Unwind from the week and start your weekend with gentle, caring movement.

Yoga Class Etiquette: Please come to class 5 minutes before it begins. Practice is conducted in bare feet, on an empty stomach, and wearing comfortable clothing. As a courtesy to others in the class, all pagers and cell phones should be turned off and no smelly lotions or perfumes should be worn. Thank you.
