Monday
8:30 - 10:00 a.m.  Kripalu Yoga with Hansa
The morning class is a gentle vinyasa (flowing) integration of asana (postures), pranayama (breathing practices), relaxation and a short meditation.

4:30 - 5:30 p.m.  Yoga for All with Hansa
Whether you are recovering from a physical injury or lack the ability to practice a normal exercise program - Yoga has a place for you. This class will adapt classical yoga poses to people who have physical challenges.

7:30 - 9:00 p.m.  Meditation and Dharma Discussion
Against the Stream/Denver Dharma Punx Meditation Group.  Open to all. This event is by donation.

Tuesday
8:30 - 9:45 a.m Dynamic Kripalu Yoga with Hansa
The morning class is a dynamic vinyasa (flowing) integration of asana (postures), pranayama (breathing practices), relaxation and a short meditation.

Wednesday
12:00 - 1:00 p.m.  Gentle Yoga with Hansa 
The noontime class is a gentle vinyasa (flowing) integration of asana (postures), pranayama (breathing practices), relaxation and a short meditation.

Thursday
8:30 - 10:00 a.m.  Kripalu Yoga with Hansa
The morning class is a gentle vinyasa (flowing) integration of asana (postures), pranayama (breathing practices), relaxation and a short meditation.

5:45 - 7:00 p.m.  Boomer Generation Yoga with Brandie
Feeling stressed and scattered? Experiencing stiff or achy joínts and muscles that don‘t stretch the way they used to? Are you typically exhausted at the end of the day? Use the benefits of a regular yoga practice to give you more energy, increase your strength and flexibility and help your body regulate itself. The class consists of breathing exercises and stretching, a series of traditional poses, and a final period of deep relaxation. Integrating body movement with breath, the class is paced to allow each person to find his/her own level of comfort. Bring your yoga mat and an open mind.

Saturday
9:00 - 10:30 a.m.  Weekend Refresher with Maggie returning October 3
Maggie shares a morning of loving kindness through her gentle yoga flows. Unwind from the week and start your weekend with gentle, caring movement. 

Maggie is taking some time off this summer and a variety of workshops will be held in this timeslot!

Yoga Class Etiquette: Please come to class 5 minutes before it begins. Practice is conducted in bare feet, on an empty stomach, and wearing comfortable clothing. As a courtesy to others in the class, all pagers and cell phones should be turned off and no oily lotions or perfumes should be worn. Thank you.
