Foundational Yoga Teacher Training
The purpose of this program is to teach and introduce basic asana, pranayama, meditation, basic anatomy and physiology, styles of teaching, marketing skills, and to offer opportunities for spiritual attunement. The information is wrapped into the Philosophy of Yoga which encourages that yoga be taken beyond the mat to a lifestyle of wellness and stillness.

Contemplative Hatha Yoga Teacher Training

Advanced Yoga Training Programs
We have two Advanced Yoga Training Programs. The first is a 300-hour training. The second totals 875 hours offered in modules. All require a 200 RYT equivalent certification before you can register. A 500 hour certificate will be given based on the guidelines outlined in our catalog.

The following special interest courses are offered to support yoga teachers in developing specialty skills. All require a 200 RYT equivalent certification before you can register. Courses can be used as continuing education and/or applied towards the Yoga Alliance 500RYT status.

The Yoga Cikitsa program is designed to prepare students, through a deep understanding of yoga and experiential learning and mentorship, to apply yoga tools in specific therapeutic situations.

Ayurveda Certifications
The Ayurveda Educator Programs offer an integration of Ayurvedic considerations in working with clients through a strong foundation of Ayurvedic philosophy. Requiring a high level of knowledge and skill sets, we have written our current certifications with the expectation that each will meet the soon-to-be-released standards of the National Ayurvedic Medical Association. The forthcoming training opportunities may include: Ayurveda Lifestyle Consultant, Ayurveda Practioner, Ayurveda Yoga Therapist Practitioner, and Ayurveda
Massage and Pancha Karma Practitioner (see Bodywork Programs). To complete registration, you must also request specific course information from our office.

Our bodywork programs enable
a student to perform both Western and Ayurveda Massage modalities in an all-inclusive practice after application to license with the state; combining a perfect blend of traditional massage techniques and protocols with the ancient health promoting tools and philosophies of Ayurveda.
