Ayurveda…I don’t know where to start. It is called “science of life” as you might have heard.  I would like each and every one to know about it, as it teaches us how to keep ourselves in balance.

There are many simple steps we can take, many little things we can do every day, in order to improve our health and increase our wellbeing.

One of them is to simply stop drinking ice-cold beverages, especially with meals.

Ayurveda teaches us that we are as individuals affected by everything around us, for example the dryness of the Colorado climate, the scary movie we watch, the stressful workplace, etc.

Why are some people suffering more from the dry climate or the stress at work than others? Why do some seem to crave chocolate and some others have the hardest time to resist chips and salsa? Why do some people seem to get anxious really easily and others seem to have nerves of steel?

It is because we are all individuals and Ayurveda explains why this happens in an eye opening way.
