Monday
8:15 - 9:45 a.m.  Kripalu Yoga with Hansa
The morning class will be a gentle vinyasa (flowing) integration of asana (postures), pranayama (breathing practices), relaxation and a short meditation.

4:30 - 5:30 p.m.  Yoga for All with Hansa
Whether you recovering from a physical injury or lack the ability to practice a normal exercise program - Yoga has a place for you. This class will adapt classical yoga poses to people who have physical challenges. 
 
5:45 - 7:00 p.m.  Relax and Renew with Dana
In a hectic world. where most of us feel we never stop, take the time to explore your inner stilness through breath, meditation and awareness as we journey into a deeper exploration of a select few postures, techniques and philosophies each week. Learn valuable life skills that you can take 'off the mat' to maintain your inner peace and personal well-being.

7:30 - 9:00 p.m.  Meditation and Dharma Discussion with Liana
Against the Stream/Denver Dharma Punx Meditation Group. From a Theravada Buddhism foundation and Liana has 30 years of Shambala and Tibetan Buddhism to bear on the teaching and practice.

Open to all. This event is by donation.

Tuesday
1:00 - 2:00 p.m Lunchtime Yoga with Jaime ***no class on 9/14***
Come join us during your lunch break to replenish from the morning and rejuvenate for your afternoon as we explore different Salutations and the 5 Tibetans while we journey through a gentle beginners class!

Wednesday
5:30 - 7:00 p.m.  Integrative Kripalu Yoga Flow with Hansa
This evening class will be a vinyasa (flowing) integration of asana (postures), pranayama (breathing practices), relaxation and a short meditation


Thursday

6:00 - 7:30 p.m.  Exploring Hatha Yoga with Dana
Explore the meaning of growth, balance, and harmony through Hatha Yoga. This rejuvenating class focuses on postures and breath. It is a fun connective experience with family members, friends, or classmates. Open to beginners - intermediates.

Friday
1st Friday night: Meditation
6:15 p.m.
  Meditation with MahaJyoti           
Join MahaJyoti and friends for an evening of kirtan, meditation, and a potluck. This event is by donation.


Saturday
9:00 - 10:30 a.m.  Weekend Refresher with Maggie
Maggie shares a morning of loving kindness through her gentle yoga flows. Unwind from the week and start your weekend with gentle, caring movement. 

 
 
Prices:    1 1/4 or 1 1/2 hour classes:  Drop-ins $15 – 8 classes can be purchased for $90
               Seniors over 65 Drop-ins $12 – 8 classes can be purchased for $85
               One hour classes Drop-ins $12 – 8 classes can be purchased for $85
               Private Classes  (1 - 3 people) - $60.00 per hour
 
Yoga Class Etiquette: Please come to class 5 minutes before it begins. Practice is conducted in bare feet, on an empty stomach, and wearing comfortable clothing. As a courtesy to others in the class, all pagers and cell phones should be turned off and no oily lotions or perfumes should be worn. Thank you.
