Basic Yoga Teacher Training
The purpose of this program is to teach and introduce basic asana, pranayama, meditation, basic anatomy and physiology, styles of teaching, marketing skills, and to offer opportunities for spiritual attunement. The information is wrapped into the Philosophy of Yoga which encourages yoga to be taken beyond the mat to a lifestyle of wellness and stillness.
Contemplative Hatha Yoga Teacher Training
Advanced Training Program and Modules
The advanced training is taught in modules. All require a 200 RYT equivalent certification before you can register. A 500 hour certificate will be given based on the guidelines outlined in our catalog. Completion of all modules totals over 875 hours of training.

The Ayurveda Educator Certifications offer an integration of Ayurvedic considerations in working with clients through a strong foundation of Ayurvedic philosophy. We are in the process of rewriting our certifications to meet the soon-to-be-released standards of the National Ayurveda Medical Association. As programs are approved you wil find them listed here.
