Class size is limited. An intimate atmosphere provides personal attention and a supportive, encouraging class setting.

This program invites and prepares a yoga teacher to deepen knowledge and experience within one's personal practice and the class environment through specific focus on the yoga foundations. Other advanced yoga teacher training options include our module program, the PranaYoga Teacher Training: it specializes in exploring the texts and distinct areas of the Yoga teachings through modules that highlight a particular theme. The objective of this training is to enhance your skills as a yogasana teacher through study of grounded information in the Classical Yoga tradition that offers an advanced presentation of the tools and techniques for teaching purposes and also contributes to a deeper personal practice.

  • Philosophy and Ethics
  • Practicum


The program is registered with Yoga Alliance.

Practicalities specific to this program
All applicants must have a 200RYT or equivalent, have practiced yoga for at least one year, and been teaching yoga for 3 months and/or have approval of the Instructor.

We have a full listing of school ethics, policies including attendance, payment schedules, student grievances, and more in our catalog. If you request information in the mail, we will include a copy of the catalog for your review with the application form. It is recommended that you review the policies as you prepare to register for the course.
