The day course will offer teaching techniques to teachers integrating Restorative Yoga in their yoga classes. Teachers will learn to adapt asana using pillows, blankets and supportive props which actively stimulates and supports the body simultaneously, allowing active relaxation to harmonize the body. Restorative yoga is a powerful tool when feeling fatigued, under stress or weak and when recovering from medical treatments.
Typically meets 9 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. This is a 7.5-hour continuing education workshop.
